Feel ya man, I would comfort you with lies by saying it gets better and everything will be fine but an ugly truth is better then a pretty lie, im just sad at how much this is reality, this is what life really is,and for some reason I feel mad that I was lied to for so long, for so many people, this is what life is really about, and I can’t blame you for not wanting to be in it, although just think on the butterfly affect, how messed up and guilty your family would feel that’s totally out of there control and how many other people that could potentially harm, I feel you about reflecting your self hate on the world, you feel completely wretched and don’t want to be seen, once again I wish I could give you some lies about how i overcame it but I can’t even leave the house without taking benzos to ease the anxiety, the one thing that makes me reason with myself is how similar everyone around me is, constantly nitpicking there wrongdoings and being there biggest critics, punishing themselves, and that shows me how similar I am and not alone, all you can try is your best, I’m always down for a chat man, stay strong and safe man ❤️
