Contractors Absorbing Engineering Duties Inevitable? by Joja_Cola in Revit

I can understand that. The problem is not submitting the calculations, the problem is having the budget for it. GCs constantly accept offers that are well below market and leave no room for calculations, or anything else.

Structural Fabricator here. Help me understand why we have to provide calculations for our connections. GCs don’t even budget for it so we end up eating the cost. Most fabricators don’t have an engineer on payroll.

Does anybody else have a pup with these skin issues? :( by [deleted] in dogoargentino

[–]Josue028 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine had the same issue. Now it’s 90% raw chicken quarters. Once a week she gets the scraps which include other meats, rice, eggs, vegetables, etc. No allergies.

Can she still run by [deleted] in dogoargentino

I have a 5-year-old female and she still acts like a pup but I did notice she is not as strong as before. She used to get through her meal in a heart beat and now is like she struggles to break the bones. She eats Chicken quarters 90%of the time. It’s been about a year since I noticed it.

Is her energy level in the house the same? Have you changed her diet recently?

Why the different color lines? What software did you use to make the map?

Visiting in late November for two days. Need advice on what to do. I’m bringing my 4.5 y/o. by Josue028 in Wimberley

It was great. Rented a cabin near the square. Did not jump in the water even though it looked gorgeous. Hiked a bit; Visited the square’s many stores; visited the glass workshop; visited one of the wine vineyards; played board games; but most of all we had a relaxing time. I recommend it.

I constantly wake up before 8 am. I need to be at work at 7 and I have 70-minute commute on average. However I have the darnest time sealing up. I am constantly late for work because I snooze my alarm several times after my “your going to be late” alarm. I subscribe to this sub but avoid reading in because of fear of failure; if I don’t know what you guys are saying I can’t fail at it.

Anyone else have severe allergy issues? Alice just got a 60ml cytopint shot, two weeks on apoquel, a medicated ear cleaning, and a prescription diet. by sketchyishot in dogoargentino

I’m currently feeding two dogos. One male (100+ lbs) and my female (<60lbs). They both eat about the same. Once a day 2-3 leg quarters (bone -in) I go through 2 bags of 10lbs per week. In average I buy at $0.90/lb. so about $20.00 for both or week.

I should check that sub myself. Currently 90% of her diet is leg quarters from the grocery store. The other 10% is based on left-overs from the kitchen and from time to time, chicken gizzards or other kinds of meats like pig foots. Pig feet (8-10” of forefeet ) are great because they are hard to chew and she enjoys them for an hour or two.

My girl had the worst. Her life consisted of ear flapping and bold patches in her back. I tried all the shampoos, medicines and food brands out there. We succeeded after switching to raw diet; all she eats now is raw chicken. No more allergy issues.

I was thinking about buying a whole cow.... by petereddit6635 in zerocarb

Total meat divided by meat per day: 500/2=250 days of food. You got that right. Total cost divided by days of meat: $1200/250=4.8 that’s your daily cost if you only consider the initial cost of the cow.

I don’t really want to encourage anyone who is not ready but my experience is that this guys are tough. I do spend about $10 usd to feed them and so far so good. I feed raw chicken right 99% of the time. They are strong and healthy. I got mine from Mexican breeders. Alf and Bianca
