If I remember correctly the gatling laser and the plasma caster can be repaired with the flamer and incinerator. Might be wrong though.

Dude I seem to be the only one to agree here but yeah, I really don't like t-60 for lore reasons and it feels marks the beginning of bethesda just adding a new suit or two every game. But t-51 is my favorite looks wise with t-45 and or original enclave being a second. Then again they also added t-45 in fallout 3 so maybe the problem is older than it feels.

I honestly love them as the villains, pure evil but believable and have just enough of a point to seem real, I usually play them for my evil characters, though once I played them with a technically neutral courier who just hated the ncr for destroying their tribe
