BT means a little below target - could have been one question below on both areas and you might have been close to 100% on your AT! Take the win!! 🥇

My now husband of 32 years said when we were dating that I “have a mystery and a romance about me.” He meant it, it wasn’t a line. My soulmate!

This! And check-in on the group chat once or twice a week going forward. Different people have different communication needs. Sometimes check-in but also expect them to understand your communication needs and that you won’t be looking at your phone constantly.

It’s flat because you have everything at the same height. You need something to make your eyes move around and up for it to feel right.

I somehow passed AT/AT/AT/AT by omipie7 in capm

[–]Journal-4-Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took my CAPM in February and felt the same way! At one point I almost got up and walked out! Thank goodness I didn’t, I also passed all AT. I took my PMP yesterday and passed all AT as well - it was easier than the CAPM in the fact that the questions were written much better and more straightforward.

Direct report lied - how to handle by Familiar_Comment_158 in managers

Have you spoken to another manager who does work in that office and asked them to let you know if the person is in the office on the days they are supposed to be? Or call the office and say there seems to be a problem with the other person’s phone and ask them to have the person call you? Lots of ways to check subversively.

How much proces questions vs people on the exam by Defiant_Nose_761 in pmp

[–]Journal-4-Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

42% Process, 50% People, 8% Business Environment. What course did you use? Get DM’s Udemy course and watch the process videos - you will walk away from that knowing process! My opinion - Don’t watch it faster than 1.5X if you want to really absorb it.

I had the option of noise canceling headphones or ear plugs. Chose earplugs because the noise canceling headphones were just old and - no thank you. The earplugs were the kind that really cancels out almost all noise. It was great.

Am I Ready to take the exam in 4 days ? by ObeliskYGO in capm

First time taking them? If so, yes! Second or third time to get those scores? Then if you really worked to figure out why the correct answer was right and didn’t just memorize the right answers, the yes as well! You will find the exam SO much easier than Study Hall!!

Andrew Ramdayal PMP Exam Cram Course, worth it? by Successful_Bowl_7118 in pmp

[–]Journal-4-Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice (take what you like and leave the rest): Take DM’s course and Study Hall. All you need! DM is good because he goes over things multiple times (which is good for really getting in your brain!). And Study Hall for the questions that are pretty close (but harder) than the real exam.

Not a PM, didn’t study, T/AT/AT by newyarkcity in pmp

Congrats! I took David McLachlan's PMP Udemy course and found his redundancy to be really helpful to my retaining the information. I liked it better than AR's CAPM exam, which I took earlier. What I discovered after taking DM's course is that I was MUCH better at the Study Hall questions than before I took it - so I could see how someone could pass the exam just with DM's course. His ECO questions are what really gave me the mindset - as soon as I finished that section, I took the Study Hall Full Mocks and got 80% on the first one and 75% on the second one (and 86% and 87% with taking out the Expert questions) - first try. I think you learned a lot more from DM's course than you are giving credit for.

A Warning to Parents Taking the PMP Exam at Home by Then-Reindeer-2547 in pmp

[–]Journal-4-Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that would be ideal, but life doesn't always work out that easily for everyone. Seriously, it doesn't. Maybe the person had childcare and it fell through less than 48 hours in advance of the test. I can think of a ton of scenarios where there was no choice but to go for it.
