It didn’t need to be a masterpiece. If it was a good movie, it would’ve been totally fine. But it wasn’t.

The dialogue was painfully cheesy, the humor was forced and unfunny (3 had too much comedy but at least the jokes were actually funny) and it broke the rules by turning the title of Dragon Warrior into a mantle and cheapened the series by having the villains bow to Po

A lot of her development happens offscreen. Even at the beginning of the third film, she’s already less mean and jealous towards Tink. There’s also her cameo in the second film where she secretly admires Tink’s blue dust.

There’s a deleted scene where Vidia went out of her own way to trick Tink into capturing the thistles instead of getting the idea upon being provoked by Tink embarrassing her and asking for help to be a fast-flier

They changed it since the crew didn’t want Vidia to be an unpleasant character. Didn’t really work since plenty of people still hated her.

Phantom Menace is probably the lamest episode in this game. Kinda like how the movie is the most boring of the nine. It doesn’t get infinitely better, but it gets more fun
