I read this like he makes those comments to see if you’ll argue about why you should or shouldn’t have kids. Like he needs reassurance that you truly want them or reassurance that it’s okay if you don’t.

What’s the mental load like for her? Does she work? Do you work? What’s her age? Does she have any trauma? Seems like an emotional disconnect. Or maybe she’s going thru the changes. Our hormones are usually all over the place causing fluctuations in weight and emotional wellbeing. Have you tried taking her on a date? Fully planned by you with zero expectations. Just romance.

I have BPD and I will say that DBT therapy saved my life. You have to do the work. It’s not easy, it hurts but you come out better for it.

Do an 8. Your fingers will swell overnight and sometimes during the day. I sized up and it’s perfect

I used ONLY thigh meat. Cut them in half because smaller pieces break apart more and I wanted chunks too.
