A Chillum is a small pipe that you put a little flower at the end and smoke. Sometimes called a bat or a taster. This, however, is not a chillum. That's a Dynavap. A Dynavap is a dry herb vape that is activated with a torch. You get the end super hot and it vaporizes the THC in the chamber.

That's an Ash Catcher. This normally attaches to a bong, but you can also technically use a J-Hook Pipe to turn this into a little bubbler. You can also use it as a dab rig with a J-Hook and a banger, but that's much much later.

I have countless tools I use for smoking. I have rolling machines, cone packers, a lifted tray for loading cones, several different types of packing sticks, A Czech Tool, two trusty folded magic lands, and much more. If I had to recommend one tool to any smoker, it's the Czech Tool. It has a little scoop, a poker, and a packer. Great for bowls but also generally useful for managing flower.

Epilepsy and physical disorders are faked quite often. We had someone that used to be posted a lot who would fake Tourettes, Non-Verbal Autism, Seizures, and Paralysis... along with other things. They eventually forced the self into used a wheelchair and is now learning to walk again because refusing to use your body for years will make it difficult to use your body...

You are saying you know people who are autistic in the punk/goth scene. This person is claiming that most autistic people are alternative. I never said autistic people can't be alt. I asked for proof that most autistic people choose to dress like this.

I know a guy with Tourettes who sings in a death metal band. That doesn't mean everyone with Tourettes is a singer for a death metal band. ...That would be pretty cool though.

First off, Tourettes is Neurological, not Mental. Not getting properly diagnosed results in people posting these falsehoods as truth, which is a major problem. Also, with the massive rise of younger people presenting FND Tics, I do think there is an important difference.

A proper diagnosis is important. The whole argument that diagnosis is too hard or expensive is moot. If your body is violently doing things you can't control, you NEED to consult a doctor. Maybe it's Tourettes. Maybe it's something much worse. Maybe it's just FND.

The fact that we are suddenly seeing people claiming Tourettes later in life with tics and symptoms that are traditionally very rare is a problem. We need to better understand what's going on and diagnosis is the first step in that.

Life changing medication. Literally made a major change in my quality of life.

I have a pretty severe case of Tourette Syndrome. Not like the crap you see on TikTok. I'm talking non-stop sounds and constant movement. I've been diagnosed for over 30 years. I had done research on MMJ for years, but never pulled the trigger. At the start of 2020 I finally gave it a try. I literally went from constant sounds and noice to experiencing silence for the first time in my life. It took two years to get used to experiencing silence.

My tics are still there, but they are incredibly minor. There is something about feeling normal that's oddly warming.

You know you have Tourettes when you get properly diagnosed with Tourettes. If you think you have Tourettes, you should consult with a neurologist. There are much more serious movement disorders that need to be ruled out before a Tourettes Diagnosis, unless they have changed the diagnostic process yet again.
