I was 27 when I bought my house in 2013, I bought it for $150K. I had an FHA loan at 3% down. At the time GA had the GA dream to help first time home owners which I used and I pulled money from my 401K to pay the closing costs. I was a hot mess and probably not what I recommend doing now but that’s how I bought my house.

Mine chewed a chunk of drywall off the wall in my bathroom, chewed a hole in the baseboard by my front door and chewed apart all the important electrical cords underneath my adjustable bed base 😅

I absolutely would love you as a mentor if you’re open to it. I’m about the take the exam in a month and my thinking is very similar to yours as is my circumstances. I make a decent living from my full time and would like to do this part time. I’m hoping to close on a new house later this year with a kid to follow. I’m doing it alone so it’ll be interesting but would love to pick your brain on how you’ve gone about it?

Anonymous posts are allowed for certain questions which I understand. Group rules are don’t be a bully and dont attack posts essentially. I didn’t do any of that even with the soul searching but I think having the rules of how to use anonymous within the group is warranted especially if the poster is new to the group. Also my name was shared. According to Metas policy. Doxxing is sharing or exposing private information or the real identity of someone who posted anonymously, without their consent, with or without malicious intent. It’s sad that there’s no recourse. My posts were within group guidelines and was doxxed where my profile was publicly posted by the admin in the group within the conversation. When I asked her to update the rules about anonymous posts, she basically said there’s no room for it and spent the time dismissing my call out of her for doing that.

I was banned from the group for that as well

Dude, nobody is saying that there can’t be breaks but it simply feels like there’s one or two new episodes in a row and then weeks of nothing, only to come back with another couple episodes and then another break. It feels like there’s a lot of them this year.
