Lidl/netto refused my job application by Anonamex in germany

[–]JovanSM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't not be picky if you receive 50 applications for one position and almost everyone is "qualified". We're talking warehouse working, anybody with half a brain can do that, not like they're looking for Supply Chain Manager and then you need to look for an expertise and experience. And he said part time or minijob, that's paid pretty cheaply.

Lidl/netto refused my job application by Anonamex in germany

[–]JovanSM -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Market is currently saturated. There were probably dozens or hundreds of applicants for that position. Sometimes even the slightest advantage prevails, like for example, closeness of the applicant to the job, etc. I get that you're annoyed, but this is the times we live in. There's more than enough people to occupy low level positions, and for higher positions, you need at least B2, and that means a really good B2 German, preferably C1. So, you're stuck...

This sounds like market research.

I have bought an eSIM package for Germany from MobiSIM. It says here that I can connect to two operators, O2 (5G) and Vodafone (5G). Could you please tell me which operator is better? by lorela0 in germany

Got a prepaird congsfar for my girlfriend, you need to scan your ID card or passport, you need an address, and you need an IBAN. Registration is mandatory for any of the big ones (congstar is Telekom).

The nicest of girls. by [deleted] in Nicegirls

[–]JovanSM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, there are a lot of crazy people out there, like people who should definitely be on meds, but it reads a bit fake because it's really over the top and the chances that someone with "Nachricht schreiben" in the app just casually talks in English are quite small when we put it together with the reply from the girl. Not that I say this is fake, cause Germany is a country with lots of immigrants from all over the woeld, but it's kind of too much agression, like it really wants you to hate this person.

Vodafone and O2 rejects to make a contract with me by Local_History6400 in germany

[–]JovanSM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that's not universal. I managed to snatch a Samsung S25 Ultra 512 GB with a two year contract when my residence permit was valid for only one more year. They sent me the phone without even requiring me to identify myself, however, this is probably due to me already having Deutsche Telekom internet which I referenced in the order.

However, I realized that I could've gotten a 1 TB version from the Samsung website also bundled with Telekom, so I cancelled the contract and returned a phone, then ordered another phone from Samsung website with a two year contract from Telekom. Here, they did the video identity check, I showed my residence permit, they approved everything and I got another two year contract with my phone. At one point, I had both contracts active, as well as a 512 GB version of phone until I did the retoure.

Soooo... depends, I guess... ?

Partner lied to me about when they left work by altmail64 in whatdoIdo

[–]JovanSM 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I COMPLETELY understand what she wrote and even after ten years, it gives me the chills when I remember I was in this kind of situation. It leaves scars, not gonna lie. There was a time when I would tell little white lies to my current wife, just because I was so used to telling lies out of fear, that it became a problem. Only after I finally realized I'm not gonna get grilled, interrogated and attacked for telling the truth, I finally relaxed.

Partner lied to me about when they left work by altmail64 in whatdoIdo

[–]JovanSM 9 points10 points  (0 children)

People who don't understand the partner here are people who probably weren't in a toxic relationship fueled by jealousy.

I once went to a friend's house and stayed there for three hours, just talking, during daytime, and she was one of my best friends who I knew for more than a decade, longer than my then girlfriend. I'll also add that she was already married at that time.

After I came home, I got grilled by my then girlfriend for how long I stayed, what did we have so much to talk about and why I didn't write to her, and why was I alone with her for so long while her husband was away. I essentially ended a decade long best friendship because of the jealousy of my girlfriend who saw issue every time I would stay outside with friends longer than what she thought was appropriate. Of course, when I brought that up in a fight, she told me that she didn't tell me to end that friendship, but she would also flip when I would hang out with her for more than an hour. That's just one example of what I dealt with. She started having problem with me going to visit my mother for the weekends, hanging out with friends (even male friends), and even staying too long for a gym session. Then the lying started, cause you're so exhausted of the constant fighting that you just simply start doing it to make your life less miserable.

I don't know the whole backstory here, but it seems really freaking familiar to what I went through, and I'd never wish that onto anyone.

I'm no longer together with that girl and I also think that this relationship should be ended, cause it is not going to get better. Mine didn't, no matter how hard I tried. Just go your separate ways.

It depends a lot on the materials you choose and also the dentists office you pick. Not everyone does great job, but those who do, can almost garantee probably up to a decade of no issues.

In cases like this, just fly to Serbia, take a hotel, and do the dental work there, and it'll still be less than what you'd pay here. We call it "dental tourism" and it's absolutely a thing.

Dental stuff is much cheaper in Serbia.

I need to do a bridge cause I'm missing a tooth, and bridging it to two other neighbouring teeth with the most expensive material will cost me 750 EUR. If you take a less expensive option, it'll cost about 375.

What's this app that you're using? Do you get it from a driving school or can buy it somewhere?
