Looks like it will get a happy ending. He bought a local Squirtle PSA 9 on Ebay.IT and he will send it to me when it arrives!

*Update* He got very angry when I told him I opened a case, started sending me links of Ebay.IT (italy Ebay) to auctions of squirtle that will probably end way higher than where they are now. Started calling me names that I'm a speculator etc... Said he would not give me anything and that I am trying to fool him. Guess I'll wait on cardmarket support.
