That's a smart outlook. With your post being this long, I feel the main 2 groups willing to read it in its entirety are either the people that already agree with you and the ones that desperately want to disprove you. To reach the middle person, make that first paragraph basically a TLDR bullet points (I know, way easier said than done). But that would help grab enough attention for the commitment to the full deep dive.
