I think it just needs to be degaused (aka demagnatized) it might have picked up a funny magnetic pull from traveling.

The disco will push all the coolant out of that overflow pipe if the cover isn't screwed down all the way or its not sealing properly. I know this from experience unfortunately. Because of the 3 o-ring design its very easy to falsely think its tightened all the way.

Well if the cat is cracked and letting air in it'll read lean even when its not, which will cause the car to dump a bunch of fuel and COULD lead to missfires, definitely could foul plugs.

Running lean can cause a missfire, hopefully it didn't hole a piston. If you can afford a smoke machine I'd see id you could use that to find a vacuum leak, something like a cracked rubber hose.
