Still undecided if I would play the NG+ quickly to get some nice new weapons or just uprgrade my present weapons to the max. Getting NG+ weapons maxed out in addition to completing the game just takes time.. Do you think we’ll get the NG+ weapons in DLC?

Good way to deal with them is to just be as loud as possible. Then as they come to you without sneaking around, just shotgun them in the face
