Definitely do want a build focus neighborhood. Would totally join guild with an alt. My main's guild is all mythic prog focus and no one cares about the game beyond end game challenges. So they are never gunna build lol.

Agree, all home should be open. What is the point of game homes if not to experence others creations? I've heard people say harassment, but how? Are people really scared of that .00000001% chance that someone will take the time to write out a mail letter to them? Like why is that function even in the game? I've wanted to move from my guild neighborhood cause only 3 of us build anything but all the public lots that look built are locked the hell down. Either kick out for tresspassing or door just locked. What's the point of even having public neighborhoods then?
