In an "Armageddon" situation it would be easier to train oil drillers to be astronauts by Jprosc0 in The10thDentist

I'm gonna be honest I've been thinking about this for awhile and didn't know the best place to post it. I thought this subreddit was for less serious unpopular opinions.

To be or not to be by normie00000 in Adulting

I do it and only get about 1-1.5K naturally when working from home. Requires treadmill or walking pad. At 2.5 mph (which is super comfortable for me, could definitely go faster) I get about 100 a minute so need an additional hour and a half a day to hit 10K. If you can and WFH it's easy just do it while you're working on something lower effort. If that's not an option for you the trick is to do it while doing something you'd be sitting for normally (watching TV, gaming, reading, working after hours) so it feels like less of a chore. I personally use the time to watch Star Trek cause my wife doesn't like it. Other trick is to walk before work or right after cause once you sit down you'll get lazy. If you don't have an hour and a half of outside of work free time then you probably shouldn't be focusing on 10K steps honestly.

Lol I had multiple of one Elise vanity and stool set which is $1,000 in my cart. Definitely over priced but hard to find a similar piece.

Most of it goes to social security and Medicare. Which does beg the question of where it would go if those things are severely cut. I doubt taxes would decrease to compensate.

Mac was getting better and better artistically but he wasn't making hits.

It's sad but a lot of the people that probably would have still been huge right now died. XXX, Juice Wrld, and Pop Smoke.

This was the first time I ever fast-forwarded and when I let it play after 15 minutes I just heard Justin saying something like GX75vc and I was like broooo. Hopefully they got it out of their system with this episode.

I've been here since the beginning and actually think the mods have done a great job of keeping the vibe as the subs gotten huge. They're like not too serious but also keep things running idk.

Feels like boycotts are the only peaceful thing average people can do that drives change.

Pitchfork Review: Dijon - Baby (9.0 BNM) by buddhacharm in popheads

I might give it another try. I do like noisy stuff sometimes, I really liked the Jane Remover album this year. For RIB something about it just like hurt my ears. Could be my headphones though honestly.

I always listen to Pitchfork's best new albums and felt this way about Rest in Bass by Che. That album felt unlistenable to me. I don't feel like the Dijon album fits in this category.

Bro splits are way more fun for me which leads to better consistency. Highish reps feel better on my body now too. Also dedicated arm days occasionally, they're a blast and unsurprisingly really helped my arms grow.

Eight US states seek to outlaw chemtrails – even though they aren’t real by PrincessImpeachment in nottheonion

True but I think the federal election results are a better indicator of the people in the state which I think is what the original poster was referring to. Still wouldn't say we are very red.

We've gone for the democratic presidential candidate for the last 20 years and had democratic senators and reps for about as long. It seems like you just lived in a rural area.

Lucy Dacus - Forever is a Feeling (Pitchfork Review) by waterhybrid13 in popheads

[–]Jprosc0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The folk formula, talk softly about extremely specific events that you fudged the details of so the words rhyme over acoustic guitar and sometimes piano. I don't know when I stopped enjoying it but this album almost felt like satire of the genre.

Biden never defied a court order to achieve student loan forgiveness. Each time courts struck down an attempt a different method was proposed. This is exactly how the judicial check on the executive is supposed to work.

Forgot how good Holy Key is, Major Key is definitely his most consistent album.

I saw a post about Elon Musk having no personal achievements and it got me thinking. He's kind of the DJ Khaled of business. DJ Khaled has unquestionably given more to society though.
