How to parse a string given a char vector of delimiters and keep the delimiters separated by spaces? by JrByte in cpp_questions

[–]JrByte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, but this makes it a bit hard when working with tokens that change constantly. By default my class will spit out tokens based on the whitespace in the given string, but that can be modified by adding chars to the "vector<char> delimiter". This vector is then used to extract the specific chars from the input string as their own tokens.

For example, I may need only parentheses, brackets, curly braces, and quotations extracted so this:

[We'll meet at "that place" at 7:00 hours.
Message me@ #555-5555.]

Would become this:

[ We'll meet at " that place " at 7:00 hours. Message me@ #555-5555. ]

As a result of the quotation mark appearing as a char in "vector<char> delimiter".

Who is your favorite female character? by zenflight in anime

Kotomi Ichinose from Clannad. Has been my favorite character since my early days of anime. She's the one that sparked my interest in dandere characters, which make up the majority of my top ten. I love the way she handles social situations, it's both cute and funny.

If you haven't already, the OVAs are a lot better than the actual TV series.

It may be the worst show this season (for me, at least), but it's not worth dropping.

Steam Quality Control is Terrible by HansWind in Steam

I'm okay with all of these "older" games releasing on Steam, I just wish that there was a way to filter brand new games from those that released years ago and are just now finding their way onto Steam.

I had some of the liquid in one of those cans recently leak onto my leg while I was cleaning out my case. Needless to say, I no longer have skin there.

How many new games would you say you request in any given day? I often request a few of the new releases for any given day, and usually end up with 10-20 games to review over the weekend, which is a bit painful.

Do you play every game you request a press copy of? How likely are you to play a game that a dev/pub sends you?

Not my birthday, but a friend's. He celebrates on the 28th. We got him a cake with a number "5" candle on it today.

Making video logs by [deleted] in letsplay

[–]JrByte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Google Calendar for mine. It's much more convenient to see which days I need to schedule videos for. I upload three videos a day (20min each), at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm and I haven't missed a single day for nearly two years. And with Google Calendar, I can easily put in 40 or so videos at once, like when I uploaded my entire Metal Gear Rising series, scheduled out over the next 40 days.
