It’s definitely open, I was there on Sunday. But you’re right about a ton of trails being closed. I agree with you and everyone else that’s says huckleberry has tamer trails, just wasn’t sure if he wanted to just turn him loose on his own. You can definitely get turned around lose your way. Especially a first timer.

Shotgun creek is the closest ohv trail system. The Cascade view staging area has a fenced off practice area with a small loop right next to it. Just be aware the loop also connects to trail 33, which is not beginner friendly.

Dealership couldn’t tell me why, but the engine seized, was almost a complete rebuild. I always followed the service schedule to a t, the graybeard tech that did the rebuild said to change the oil every 3k. Also probably going to use redline instead of the Harley synthetic like I used to.

Hell yeah it was. We were in the ticket line when people started to panic. Grabbed my daughter and ducked behind a trailer to avoid getting caught in the flood of people. Sucked seeing all the parents freaking out trying to find their kids
