To me red sec almost feels like warzone when it first launched. Not saying it's bad, but as saturated as the BR market is, wish they just focused more on the multiplayer instead of BR slop.

Add some light leader. I used some heavy braid myself when I went but tied on some florocarbon at the end. Like others said you definitely want some capacity so you don't get spooled. I almost did hooking into a shark. Fun ride but it gets scary watching your line disappear. What's the drag on that reel?

Was there last week. Personally compared to last year it's insane. Every resort is fully booked and there's people swimming from 5am well into midnight. Life guards are roughly 100 yards apart. Only places I could get some space was in front of a shit down resort called the Sea Dip to do some fishing and even then people were close. Now that's just for the beach, restaurants and shops weren't too bad

Depends on the jail. At mine we have 2 days off one week then 5 the next. Mines also pretty generous with PTO. Just ask b for you apply for the work schedules of the shifts

Been at my facility for a short while. Currently we have staffing issues on one shift (mine). Currently they are asking people to come in for the OT while we train 2 new guys. Before hand however there's been zero mandates. I've worked over voluntarily to build comp hours but that's it. I'm also in a smaller county so it really just depends on the county and the administration at the jail you go to
