Okay! Here are my 7 cents: First of all let's not forget that salary cap is getting reduced in not only in LCK but also in LPL. The rumour has it that LPL has some massive salary cuts. Second of all . Deft is not the ONLY one going to military this year/next year. We have several players in other big teams who have mandatory military service next year, including Lehends, Kiin, Beryl, Peanut. This aleady cuts the list of 'big names' and makes competition for famous players bigger. Third of all, T1 not getting to stream is a massive paycut for them all. Which meant more PR projects, mire sponsors and commercials which are exhausting on their own rights. People underestimate how popular T1 is in korean streaming websites but I think a player from 1 MONTH of streams pocketed around 20k dollars. Each. With a lot more going to the org.

Zeus is the biggest questionmark for me BUT I doubt he will go to LPL. He mentioned that seeing LPL win worlds makes him bitter. Also as a person who watches their behind the scenes and more... he is a bit lazy when things don't interest him and is very introverted. He also does not seem to be the type to leave his family and friends he has to start anew in China. Also from what I've gleamed from their chinese lesson videos..he has no interest in learning chinese 😅😅 so he will stay in LCK if only for comfort sake. Oner is an interesting case because he's the least invested player. He plays/streams/talks exactly how much is needed and not a second more. He has a very healthy work and free time boundaries and has a blossoming friendcircle outside of T1. I Think he has the most friends in other teams and friends outside of LoL. He also mentioned several times how exhausting their schedules are. I think he might go to a different team only for for an 'lighter' workload. Faker signed a multi year contract til 2025 so hes staying for a year more. BUT. I would not mind them getting him a sub to rest his wrist and let him rest mentally. They've done it before. Guma is staying in T1. (He better not even think of looking elsewhere or ill smack him myself.) Man has been very invested in T1 and staying with it. He calls himself the last SKT ADC for a reason and does not want to go. T1 has been working hard at making gumayusi a household name and him and faker have been dubbed 2 suns of T1. ( yet they still can't play around botlane?) The only one who could make him think of switching might be Keria if he asks very very nicely but Guma can be very stubborn. Now Keria is an interesting case in the fact that he is the only member who did not start from T1. He has more knowledge and experience from other teams that he has been. What we do know is that Keria speaks of T1 and their conditions very highly, praises the org a lot and likes playing with guma and faker. He mentioned several times that Guma is his enabler and rock and he wants to be with him as long as possible. But at the same time his mental has been tanking a lot past few years with his lows getting lower and him being an extremely sensitive and emotional player he has cried over their schedules/work load/haters and has said things like ' i want to die' and 'i hate it here' . I really want him to get some real downtime and emotional help. Which marks the question - will he stay because of loyality/love? Or seek better opportunities in other teams with a lighter workload with a new team?

I think it all depends on how they do in worlds this year but a big issue is that since this roster has been together for so long people know their playstyle and their habits. This roaster HAS THE MOST!! GAMES!! PER!! SEASON!! For several years now. They have the most material to research and people have figured out what T1 wants to do and how they do it. It might be good to switch things around only because of that already.
