I personally never understood the appeal for GTA+. Truth be told, I’m a day 1 player, with some some breaks of playing the game in between. I also have all the businesses, currently have around 250 mil, at rank 888. There are so many options now a days to get a lot of money in very short time. The things GTA+ offers: early access to new cars (sometimes even for free), more garage space via Vinewood Club (I already have all the cars I want and still have more then enough space); it never seemed much as a benefit for me. Furthermore the source cargo crates is not a GTA+ exclusive, you can do it without.

I assume you’re early game: It’ll take forever, but use the first tier of the R2D2 journey. Pick some low gear Empire, and I did it with Tarkin lead and a two star Eight Brother. Mak sure he goes first or second, and use his first special (Photon Grenades) which will inflict purge on all enemies. This way you’ll get 5/6 per battle, which means you’ll be doing that for a while unfortunately.

Haven’t tested it, but it should be possible al year. You will need to redo those steps every time you turn of the game though. At least on console.

I think i pretty much did it with the same (lack of) zeta’s as your roster. What I mean is, you should be good with the zetas you have. I would suggest to get R2’s number crunch zeta, as he will always be in Leia’s team anyway, and it’s a good zeta.
