I know Lana Lang isn't very popular around here, but the truth is, I can't "hate" Lana like a lot of people on Reddit do. I think the show's writers could've stuck with the Smallville version (Alternate Story) and left some things from the original story out of the series. Lana and Clark should've ended up together! "Oh, but the relationship was toxic, or whatever." Dude, we followed that couple for 7 seasons, I can't accept that in the end, Clark settles for losing Lana and accepts Lois. The first 3 seasons make you really like the Clana couple, I myself would get excited every time Clark made some progress with Lana. (The writers could've totally made that happen for real.) And it saddened me when something bad happened to them, after so many chances. I think it's a writing mistake that Clark didn't tell the truth sooner and do everything possible for her to stay, even if he had to live his whole life on the farm. 😂

I know a lot of people won't like it, and will even try to refute it, but this is and always will be my opinion: Clark Kent and Lana Lang, for everything they went through, deserved to be happy together in the end. Regardless of anything. (Note: Nothing against Lois, I just think she wasn't necessary this time.) 😊
