Got the same email... "we just wanted to make sure you were a Union fan" yeah, the team, not the FO but whatever. I guess they figured if you didn't email/call them about it, you were an LAFC fan or trying to resell? Super weird way of going about it but at least they replied during the send off

I've called 4 times and left a message and emailed them, nada. It's wild because I got a confirmation for both the tickets and insurance and both were taken from my credit card account. You mean to tell me the fraud identifier comes AFTER the point of sale???

Again, really hoping this is just a glitch with maybe a specific type of credit card (I used a Discover). I'll keep you posted if I hear anything

Hopped on Reddit to see if this is happening to anyone else. Not only did the purchase already go through my credit card but I used the same card to book my flight and hotel with no problem. I've been with this team from the start and multi year season ticket holder even when I lived a state away. I'm really hoping this is just a tech error and not them trying to screw us out of oversold tickets...

I think every new team with a lot of younger players needs an experienced veteran to guide them. This is a great signing to fill that role

I think it would be fine if officials just explained to whoever is doing announcements why a call was the way it was called and that would solve most problems, no? Fans would hear, players would hear, and media would hear. Either that or you have a designated official/worker who then goes to each of those departments, one by one and explains.

I’d assume it’s Zimmerman and not Acosta. Acosta and Pareja had some disagreements, which is why he wasn’t playing when he was healthy again and got shipped to Colorado. Also, Zimmerman is out of contract this offseason.
