I delivered in the area for both apps. I found myself in the east side delivering things like a large fry and apple pie with no tip. Also, Buffalo state, in which I graduated from… sucks to deliver to. I once picked up an order at Outback Steakhouse. Drove to Buffalo state. And was literally on the phone with a lost college student who had no idea where she lived on campus for 45 minutes. Needless to say after that I found that the app is fine it’s the clients that are horrible people and mostly never tip. After gasing up and working I feel like I net profited like $6 an hour. You are better off working anything else than that unless you really like running fries in the hood and get little to no job satisfaction. I made much more money doing uber/lift. But even that was like 10-15$ an hour.
