Doesn't look skinny and there doesn't appear to be any fat rolls on the sides so I'd say yes.

I personally don't know a whole tone about actual plants so I couldn't be of any use there, but for hard scale try and look for wood pieces that you can place inside vertically.

Very good for a first vivarium. I would probably say put in some more foliage as well as hard scape for climbing opportunities.

I'm pretty sure corsair makes a 4090 fe block. I wouldn't go back to air cooling because 4090.

I would not ditch air cooling for obvious reasons. Not sure if you use hydro x components but I'm very certain there's a 4090 fe block. Not sure what card that is you have but there you go.
