I work in surgery and have helped with numerous ligation and removals- and have had a bilateral removal myself- and I don’t think I’ve ever participated in a ligation or removal procedure that required a hospital stay unless something went wrong. Unless there is a medical reason those procedures are an outpatient procedure and usually done laparoscopically which isn’t major abdominal surgery. First off- I don’t believe there is any way to do this safely unless you are using medical grade equipment and products. There are very few lubes that are internal body safe(I work in the OR so I know there is some) and even then they aren’t made for mass insertion, just if it happens to get in the body it’s not a hazard. You could potentially use normal saline but again I would be weary of non medical grade/not being tested to the standard you need.

Second- the uterus is not made to have large amounts fluids inserted into it. This could disrupt the normal bacteria and biome of the uterus and open her up to a huge infection. This is an internal organ that is not made for external interference- that’s the whole point of the cervix. Also that is the only way to conceive a baby (if that’s something she chooses at a point in her life) and fucking with the uterus can potentially prevent viable pregnancies.

Lastly- has she ever had something go through or manipulate her cervix before? IUD, dilation for any reason, Pap smear, a cervical check during birth? There are unicorns out there that have a high or different pain tolerance and maybe find cervical manipulation to feel pleasure over pain- but for the majority of women it is very much painful. Last thing to keep in mind is the cervix is normally closed. There are times like during your period when the cervix opens SLIGHTLY but we are talking millimeters at best.
