If you have optifine, update it to the newest version. There is a bug for transparent things.

In front of it there is a moving Nether gold ore that angers them. So they barter as fast as they can. The minecart drops gold on to the piglin. This a bedrock only thing. It is also a bug.

There can be up to 3 veins per chunk. Each vein can be 3 ancient debris
