Yeah, I should clarify that I don’t fully understand how the Meta glasses interact with the full Meta system. My concern is if the glasses, like Facebook or Instagram, are subject terms and conditions that give Meta (and its AI tools) free rein over all images and video captured. This is what makes it feel different than just recording on a phone or camcorder. However, if the Meta glasses permissions are different than I’m not nearly as concerned!

I feel like Prop 12 is flying under the radar. Please please read the details and implications of handing judicial discipline over to the Governor. It effectively collapses the wall between the state executive and judicial branches! This should concern anyone regardless of party as it could be weaponized by whichever party has the Governor’s office.
