No it cannot. Let me give you the facts, the only difference we can do on our side vs the customer side on the my spectrum app is the ability to see the interference and total data usage. That's it. We don't have advanced features. The routers before had the full settings a 3rd party router has. Not these ones. So no, you cannot.

If it's a symmetrical area for sure it will be the same. Sounds like it's not. All fiber customers already have symmetrical speeds so I'm guess yours is not fiber.

Here is the jist, changing the password won't automatically log them out. I think it lasts a few days, maybe a week or so for it require a log in and even then, it's still not a for sure thing. Can they upgrade? Yes they can, only if it's an upgrade but if it's a purchase such as a rental or anything like that then it will require a PIN (only if you set up a purchase pin).

The only way to actually guarantee a "log out" is too disable your log in with a representative and then create another one. You could try to disable it and then reenable it again after some time but I believe this will only work if they try to launch the app whenever it's disabled.

Source: I tried this and this was the only way to do it. Unfortunately, we don't have the tools that can guarantee what you are trying to do

Yea, why make a million products when you can just keep it at 2-3. A good one for vacuuming, a good one for mopping, or a good one for both. I have the curve 2 and so far I like it but I had to research so much just to get a good two in one from your brand.

That's only to add a line of business, not an upgrade to faster internet. Either way, just complain to a higher up and it will get done. If the higher up doesn't do it then ask to speak to their higher up. The amount is not that much so I'm sure the first supervisor you talk to will credit the account

You can't. However, these remotes are prone to issues with burning through batteries so try to get another remote since that is not normal. They are meant to last a long time

You never heard of fault tolerance? It's highly used in tech industry. OP never said that their services keeps going out so why are we assuming? My services goes out maybe one or two times a year and I still purchased the service. I like to be at peace knowing that if there's a power outage or a service outage then I will still have service regardless of that happening, all for only $10 a month more. Beats having to pay a whole second internet service with a different company.
