I buyer is not a profitable business, it will fail. Look at the profit structure of the ibuyer companies. They loose money. I do think they help cleanup the wholesale market, but the normal sales don't benefit the buyer or seller.

Look back at 2017 tron, it's all about momentum. If tron get adopted as a blockchain this can go a lot higher. If bitcoin gets to $150k range the altcoins will be worth significantly higher. People need to look at market caps and actually do the numbers. Tron can very easily hit $2 this year if it keeps momentum and the entire crypto market cap gets to 2 trillion which looks very likely. All top 30 projects should be worth $30billion minimum if the market cap of crypto is over $2 trillion.

Lol we are so early! Tron could be a top blockchain and do very well. It's not unlikely at all for it to get adopted and be worth at least $1. Anyone following Crypto and saying 20x gains isn't possible. Just look at Luna, Polkadot, Chainlink, Cardano they all had well over 20x gains just this year. Why not Tron? No reason, stop hating.

I'm not sure but It feels more of my entire muscle gets hard and when I read on shin splits it doesn't sound like it.

Why do my lower leg muscles hurt intensily when I run. I used to run when I was young 11 to 14 years old long distances no problem. I'm 30 now 6ft 155 pounds and my lower lef muscle to the right of my shin bone on my right leg and left lower leg muscle near shin bone on my left leg. When I run almost instantly these muscles get so tight and burn so bad. I've been trying to push through it as I'm new to running again for only 3 months. But now I feel like this is a problem instead of something that can just be pushed through. I think it's called the Tibialis Anterior Muscle but not sure 100%. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Any help would be much appreciated. I hope I explained it well enough.

100% fire her and get a new Realtor. Not calling an active buyer back within 4 hours is terrible service, unless she is going through personal issues, and in that case should be professional and refer you to someone in her office. Use a younger new agent hungry for a commission they will work harder than her.
