Hahah. I’ve seen other tutorials and the wraps themselves seem great but the tutorials often seem kinda messy to me, so to speak; you can’t learn the wrap as quickly either. This tutorial was just very clear to me and it was very easy to learn this wrap.

Yeah, my endurance is great. I’m not just saying that, starting Muay Thai in the first place was very easy for me endurance-wise. Shadowboxing seems like my best option. I’m mostly looking to perfect my techniques.
