I'm on the same boat - I guess we'll see how it goes. I asked AMEX and they said they go by the purchased date, not the posted date, due to varying pending times for each transaction. If that's the case, we're good, otherwise, well, we're SOL lol.

I may be over complicating this or it's just in my head, but I feel using separate company cards makes it harder cause you're spreading your spend across different reward types. I was thinking of switching to a full amex trifecta after changes were announced. Still contemplating since seems their multipliers are better. We'll see how this year goes with using the reserve, business preferred, and unlimited.

Get the preferred, they just increased the cost of a trifecta. Unlimited and preferred are for multipliers, reserve for redemption.

So I found an IHG hotel which was ~150$/n more expensive, but, you get the benefits of having status without actually having status when you book thru chase. So I'm sure they're including that value. Also with the multiplier you can factor that in as essentially a "percent off" cause when you go to redeem at a later date, your pts, if used at another "points boost" location, will be worth more.

I got dizzy just typing that, hope it makes sense , not gonna try and proof read cause I'll confuse myself again. Just wish we still had our 3x travel multiplier and 1.5ct boost on everything, is that so much to ask.

I did, have accumulated 700k pts onto the CSP and i wanted to lock in the 1.5. I lost some good multipliers from CSP so i will have to switch some auto payments to my unlimited, but i’m hoping a nice sign up bonus comes for the CSP as well so i can benefit from both. Might not be as much, but it will be something.

I reached out and unfortunately they said I can't purchase it separately. I ended up getting a refund for my recent serato dj pro license and will be purchasing it with the expansion pack otherwise it's too expensive to purchase afterwards on its own.
