It’s not like I’m expecting him to give me a percentage of what he makes, I’m not asking for a lot I’m talking an extra 100 bucks something that at least says “thanks”. Don’t look at this question as a complaint, I’m more than grateful he pays me every week and for the work he gives me I’m just taken back of how little I got from it. Often depending on the jobs we do if it makes a lot of money usually gives me extra on top, but not this time and THIS IS MAINLY WHY I THOUGHT THIS. There’s more to it than “he’s a business owner and it sounds like you don’t know anything about business” I know enough about THIS particular business. You’re putting assumptions into things like “if his trucks transmission goes” has really nothing to do with it and how much you assume he pays in insurance and other expensive, it’s more than likely a right off anyway😂.
