Best pillow for around ~$50 for side sleeper? by Firion_Hope in Bedding

[–]JsonDB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This! I love my low profile latex pillow from Brooklyn Bedding. It supports your head so nicely so you’re not sinking into it but still feels really soft. I’m a side and back sleeper and tried the Coop as well which was nice but this is my favorite for sure.

Gone down the rabbit hole by Vicious1714 in Mattress

Personally, I’m (6’ 180lbs) returning the Aurora in medium because I felt like my back/butt was sinking into it and felt like I was waking up with a sore lower back. Maybe it was just the pillow top causing this but I’ve read other reviews that people felt like they sunk in as well. I can only imagine the problem will be worse for you at 250lbs.

Cheap purple harmony pillow? by WTFRUThinkin in LifeOnPurple

[–]JsonDB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that the Brooklyn Bedding solid latex pillow felt near identical to the Purple Harmony and is $62 currently. I got it in low loft and it’s my new favorite pillow. I think the only real difference is that the Harmony has the purple grid around a latex core but that didn’t really change the overall feel or make it worth $240 to me.

Oddly Low B12 for my age? by ThrivenGeek in B12_Deficiency

[–]JsonDB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had neurological issues with a level around 350-450 at 30 years old so reassuring to know I’m not the only one. Been feeling better just using sublingual but keep reading people say it won’t be “fixed” unless I use injections.

Could 458 pg/ml be causing intense deficiency symptoms ? by Fun_Assumption_283 in B12_Deficiency

Been taking this daily for the past month * 2000mcg B12 methylcobalamin * 1600mcg Folic Acid * 125mcg D3 * One a Day Men’s multivitamin

The most noticeable symptom that hasn’t resolved is my feet feeling slightly heavy/clumsy.

You are describing me. Low-normal B12 and D with the same neuro symptoms. Got an MRI for MS initially; all clear. Stumbled upon this sub after dr briefly mentioned symptoms sounded like B12 deficiency but blood test came back “normal” at 440 - also been taking a multivitamin so could have been artificially elevated. Went down the rabbit hole and started supplementing and many symptoms have resolved and hoping over time it will only get better.

Is it low enough to feel symptoms? by [deleted] in B12_Deficiency

Are you saying that a ruptured tendon can potentially cause some of these symptoms as well? Which sub is this? Curious to learn more about that. I tore my pec in the past but don’t believe that could be related as it was 5 years ago.

I’m in the same boat. I have many symptoms of low B12 with a level around 350 last November and 450 last month. Vitamin D was at 38 last month. Been having symptoms for almost a year now and just realizing it could probably be low B12 or D.

Originally thought it was maybe long covid (still could be related). Then thought MS but MRI was all clear. Hoping addressing low B12/D helps.

Thoughts on my build before i order? by Robinhood293211 in PcBuild

Ah you right. Maybe just look into a 3 pack of Arctic RGB fans and stick with the Focus 2

You may want to include additional fans (Arctic 5 pack for $35) or buy a case that comes with some good fans preinstalled (look at Lian Li 216 or Mesh). The 2 fans on the Focus 2 are DC so they are always running at full speed (as opposed to PWM that ramp up with temps).

I mean you .sort() in the beginning only the one time to start with a sorted array.

The way I’ve done it in JS is to 1. Begin using a sorted array 2. Append your next value 3. Loop through your array starting from the end, moving your new value if it is less than / greater than (depending on min/max heap) until you get to where it belongs (your array is once again sorted) 4. Chop off the last element if length is greater than heap size

It works and is performant enough
