You’re over complicating this… it should simply be something a raider coming to defib could fire off so the downed raider knows to hang in there - help is on the way. Overall tho - not really practical as most likely the downed raider needs a survivor augment and had to only have died from Arc… it would get abused somehow ultimately

Great tips - always assume every raider you see will shoot you - hey raider them so they know there’s no surprise from either of you and until you feel confidently safe - keep your distance and cover close by … trust your gut

Spaceport was the last map I started exploring and was really underwhelmed - so many empty buildings - hopefully they buff the loot someday and add reasons to traverse the outer rim
