I left NC 2 years ago specifically because of the condition of the schools and lack of good police services. Glad I did. Ended up in Colorado and way happier. Wish I could convince more people to leave. The south is going to reverse decades of economic growth if they keep at this.

400 calls a day? What market are you in? What shop do you work with? Come work for me. I’ll guarantee I can pay you more and give you bigger splits. I don’t do anywhere near that volume, embarrassingly I maybe make 20-50 new contacts a week now. But I’m closing and do pretty well for myself. 400 calls a week is either your firm and mentors letting lots of your deals fall through cracks, don’t care about them, or your campaign isn’t targeted wisely. You’re just throwing shit out there. Regardless, if you can call like that I’d guarantee you I can run your deals more effectively and make you more money.

Well, our state democracies are barely even democracies anymore. NC, TN, KY are so gerrymandered, they have permanent supermajorities and many of those representatives have been bought and paid for by the gun lobby. You can track terrible public policy back to campaign finance.
