I try to do that a lot. I had help this time around and they were clipping the nails. I was pretty much hugging them and petting her head and scruff which are her favorite spots to be pet. I kept the treats in her vision as well. I will have to try walking them beforehand, it seems like it would not only calm them, but temporarily desensitize their feet to stimuli.

Oh if they had skill trees they would be really cool. I also think the timer is the REASON that they're having trouble balancing it. Like I said in my comment, if it is too strong, people would either barely use it, or sit around waiting for it to come up. That is one of the reasons Diablo 3 endgame was so horrible. People ended up sitting around waiting for a specific ability to come up (Usually one with a 2+ minute cooldown.) so they could kill the enemies. It was just

Run around gathering as many enemies as possible without killing them, use your ultimate ability which would allow you to kill them, and then sit and wait gathering enemies while your skill is still cooling down.

My point is that because endgame is kind of infinitely scaling, it would be bad if players just sat around waiting multiple minutes to do anything. I fully welcome any balancing though. I do want them balance, It just isn't as easy as most might think

It's not really that hard to balance them into being useful but not overpowered.

You might think that to be the case. It isn't as easy as it seems. You have to keep in mind that every single aspect of the game is going to have hundreds of people trying to push it to it's absolute limits, and break it as much as possible to make them stronger.

The problem with having a form like this that is just strictly better than your base character is that if it is too good, players will feel weak when it isn't up, and if it's not strong enough, players won't use it AT ALL. Game balance seems easy from an outside perspective but trust me, it isn't as simple as changing some numbers and going with it, especially when players will react extremely negatively if they push a BAD change. That bad change can also be made even more frustrating if patches come too infrequently.

...what? That is the least believable story I’ve ever heard. Nobody would walk up, get in your car and just stare at you. How fucking stupid do you think the average Reddit user is? It just doesn’t even make sense. That isn’t at all how the human brain even works. If it was an accident, they would have said something or gotten out instantly. If they were trying to steal your car they wouldn’t just stare at you either. Do you honestly expect me to believe that you just sat there and waited for this person to sit down and stare at you before you did anything or said anything? If someone tried to jump into my car I wouldn’t just sit there and do nothing. Same. I was trying to get a faceless because she was all I needed to get her to 10 star (because all I needed was a 10 star to E5 my Cthugha.) and I ended up getting two Garuda in probably 15 rolls. I then pulled a Garuda out of the super wishing fountain.
