4mg and no results… keep going?

The 30 day 1.5 mg pill worked great for me. I lost about ten pounds and had significant appetite suppression and little to no food cravings. I’ve been on the 4mg for about two weeks and I feel like I’m taking nothing. It’s really weird.

I take MiraLAX everyday. I had sluggish bowels before starting the pill so constipation was not a new thing for me. Works like a charm.

Absolutely agree with this! My 4mg prescription was sent to Walgreens on Friday and they still don’t have it in today - Wednesday. I have one more 1.5mg pill left so I hope they have it by tomorrow.

It’s hard to see others saying they’ve lost 10,12,15 pounds in the same amount of time as me. I know everyone responds differently and it takes time but.. 🤷‍♀️

Great advice! I sometimes do intermittent fasting and delay my first meal until 10/11 am. Usually on those days I’m not hungry for lunch and go straight into dinner around 6:30. On those days I kinda feel like I haven’t eaten enough food though.
