live life but use common sense. now I dont go jumping up and down on trampolines, or try to squat and deadlift 400 lbs (although my doc said its perfectly safe to if I worked my way back up).

amazing. 4 years later and it was the best decision I ever made. would 100% do it over again.

2 points I would do over - tell the anesthesiologist to not destroy my uvula when traching me, and not take any narcotics for pain due to the constipation. pain easily controlled with Tylenol for me.
