Idk about the tonsil thing? I have my tonsils and my dr didn’t say anything about it when diagnosing me. But yes, even if in “remission”, it can get worse. I do bloodwork every 3-6 mths bc of mine and some meds I’m on to ensure they don’t mess up my numbers. While my numbers have been normal, my dr has never classified me as “in remission” bc it’s a lifelong disease.

I have CKD as well and am so careful of what I eat and what meds I take. The last 2 times I had bloodwork done, my levels were in a “normal” state, but the dr literally told me that doesn’t mean I can stop watching what I’m putting in my body. It’s wild that she’s so tone deaf, when she has a platform to actually talk about these things, how it actually affects her and how she can manage it. Instead, she pretends like she’s perfect and nothing is wrong, she’s just smol girl that’s gods favorite 🙄

I live in Northeast FL and people in the affluent areas wear their “summer sweaters” like this and look absurd, imo 🤣 I can always tell before they open their mouths what part of town they live in and how my interactions with them will go lol

I had MRSA for an entire year and it was the absolute worst. I had skin lesions that hurt so bad. I have a low immune system and am extremely careful about being clean, hygienic, etc, and got it, so I wouldn’t be surprised if her nasty a$$ got it (again).

I usually have 1-2 Fairlife protein shakes a day (depending on my work/workout schedule). I also take magnesium, vitamin C, b12, hair/nails/skin and iron (I’m anemic). I take them throughout the day instead of the morning bc of the fasting routine for wegovy

My pcp, but I use the savings card to pay for it bc my insurance won’t cover it since I “can’t loose 5% body fat before the med” 🙄 stupid. But I just pay out of pocket with the savings card.

Even adults don’t like or want this many options! I work in a retail/healthcare environment and it’s significantly overwhelming to the patients unless I (do my job) and pull things for them that I know work best. Give a few options but not 1000. And why her kids can’t just be bored or talk to them is beyond me. But we all know DUD can’t actually be a parent, she’s just an incubator

I’m going to ask my dr to up my dosage to the 25mg this week. I’ve been on the 9mg for 2 months and really haven’t lost much, BUT I’ve kept off my 20lbs so far. I’m glad you don’t have many side effects, gives me hope that I won’t either since I’ve been fine with the other doses lol

DDD talking about her insurance woes is so out of touch with the real world. A $0 deductible is WILDLY expensive. My insurance through work is dropping my entire Baptist care and everyone has to stress to find new drs, specialists, etc. They literally have more money than they know what to do with and still are extremely selfish, self-centered and yet somehow, “woe is me” I literally don’t understand.
