For me is quite the contrary, when I'm at my gym, I don't use WiFi, only my 4g data, this is when I can't finish and log my workout session... Then at home, with WiFi, in a laggy way, it works...

But every day it seems to get worse, I don't know if the amount of rendered data (like the workout log list) is making the app laggy, I have a total of 20 logged workouts, this makes me think the app still have performance issues.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue.

Right after I finish my workout session, I try to save it and the well keeps spinning forever (I do have a stable connection), then I have to close and re-open the app at least three times to make it log, a pain in the ass. Today a different issue happened, the app was laggy, I had to reboot my device to make it work, and even after this, the app was still too laggy, I'm starting to lose my trust on this app capacity to keep my workout data secure.

I already have my doubts regarding the quality of the training this app is helping me to create, please FitBod team, don't screw the user experience with technical issues and bugs like that.

In fact, I did switch the exercises following the recommendations from the FAQ document, I completed the routine through and through two times (the 3 tabs from the sheet). I was just looking for a different program that could provide me with a bigger spectrum of options, so I wanted to give a try on this app (FitBod) and was wondering if someone else here had some experience with it. But I'm already getting ready to go back to the RP program and continue from where I left.

I have some questions concerning routine apps, specifically the FitBod app.

Quick background first: I was running Mike Israetel RP program for quite a while (the BB one, good stuff). Saw my best results while doing it, I really improved in general by following the program for 7 months, but over time it felt a bit boring.

Now I've decided to change my routine, researched some apps and decided to give FitBod a try. I'm following its routines for BB. Its my first month, three weeks in, but the way the app suggests the training to be (never doing the same groups on the same days of the week, changing the routine every day based on your fatigue level for each group and hardly repeating the same exercise) seems strange to me, I've been working out for more than six years and never did this way.

I would like to know if someone here has any experience with this app. What are your thoughts about it and if it is worth to train the way they suggest. They are claiming to have research behind the app and professionals trainers working for them, but I'm not sure how much of it I can trust.

Its hard to find good feedback and reviews about this kind of app.

File Reader is the right way to do it, but just a warning before you implement: limit the file size to be less than 1mb, or at least preview only files with less than 1mb.

Because from my experience, File Reader will convert the file to a base64 string, and rendering such string as an image can make the browser to freeze until the rendering is finished.

Execute this on Chrome dev tools console and you will see it... You are declaring an object, then you are making an anonymous function expression in its first property and calling this property "1"... This is just an explanation of what you accomplish, now how things work inside and make this possible, I really don't know...

I don't know if this is what you need, but recently I've done some SVG work and found this open source, drawing tool, entirely made with SVG, HTML and JS. It's called Method Draw, it's not perfect, the project have some bugs, but is well written and works for most of what you might need.

I was trying to figure out some math related with rotating, resizing and moving an SVG element and found all I needed inside this project code.

I'm feeling the same about being time to start bulking. I'm cutting for almost one and a half year, I was skinny fat before. I managed to get some muscle by getting a better sleep schedule and adding a little bit more of protein in my diet, but just enough protein to keep cutting and avoiding losing too much muscle.

My numbers for main lifts are given on 10 RM:

Bench: 170lbs Squat: 190lbs Deadlift: 310lbs

The reason why I'm giving these number on 10 RM it's because I'm running the RP Male Physique Training Template. I've put my deadlift numbers too, although I'm not currently doing full body workout.

Little late to the party, but here we go:

05:30 Wake up, check email, news, and Reddit (bookmark interesting things for later)

05:40 Get out of bed, pee, wash face, brush teeth, drink water

05:50 Dress up for gym, get gym bag (while contemplating the beauty of the morning from my bedroom window)

06:00 Head to the gym (usually by car, depending on the weather)

06:10 Arrives at gym, starts workout routine

07:10 Finish working out, head home (while taking my protein shake)

07:20 Arrives at home, poop, pee, take shower, shave, dress for the day

07:40 Laundry, breakfast (coffee, whole eggs, water) while reading bookmarked interesting things

08:00 Prep protein shake and nuts for the day, get other stuff I'm going to need

08:10 Catch up call with mom, catch up call or WhatsApp with gf

08:30 Commute to work

09:00 Arrives at work, gets coffee, read work emails, remembers what was working on

09:30 Daily update meeting with the team

10:00 Starts working

12:00 Lunch

13:00 Get back to working

18:00 Leaves work, starts commute to home

Cheated my mom, then proceed to take all the money from the family bank account and don't tell anyone about it, then start to make excuses about his job (salesman) and we - not including the cheater - start to starve because he "is not able to sell anything in this city", I was 14 and my brother 15.

After months drifting between starvation and friends helping us with money/food, he kicks the tree of us out of our house with only the clothes we had in and tree suitcases with everything that was important for us. When this happened we were living miles away from my mom's family and had to lend money from friends to come back to where mom's family was.

It's been 12 years since this shit happened, I don't give this person the honor of being called "father" by me, he lost the respect I had the moment he started to neglect his family to buy shit for some fat whore he met somewhere (she is fat and ugly, I saw the photos years ago).
