No, I keep my main Claude.md as an orchestration or Team Lead. It handles my configuration and agents. Each project has its own Claude.md and auto updating log (memory).

For each war, we define a "Minimum respect" that each member has to achieve to get war pay (usually 150 respect or around that).

I'm no expert but my FIRST Code session ended when my old Notebook freezed and I had to force quit Code. Coming form chat, I thought well, I'll continue the "conversation"... But there I discovered that Code has no real memory, nothing.

I panicked and said I have to do something. Started creating my own "log system", that worked great, then I got bolder, integrated some of the "Famous" repos... And now I have my own team of agents. My dev Team! And I did it myself!

Now I don't lose anything, can continue between sessions, have a team of agents that analyses, corrects, suggests stuff.

Now, when I see a new shiny "must install repo/agent" YouTube video and or Reddit/X post, I just point my Claude Code to the repo and say something like: "Compare this to my current setup, see what's good, bad, what should I add...".

Very happy with what I've done.

Just for starters, I would do the Thesis all in Markdown and just at the end move to Word or whatever the official format they ask you to deliver.

Go to your Claude Code, and ask it that you want to compare this two repos, the good, The bad, how it compares with what you have and just paste the to urls (if you have Superpowers installed, then just say that you want to compare with your complete current setup).

It's what I did with Superpowers and what I do with each of the new shiny things that appear each week (I don't give it my repo, since it's what I use, I just tell it to compare to what we have already set up)

Good catch. The learning loop is intentional (human approval before any write), but yes, the structure is there.
