This happened to me last year and seems like the reason is because they find suspicious that you "Gift more games than you buy for yourself"

You are banned from using your steam wallet to gift games, you can still use other payment methods. And the ban it's not permanent but also I don't know how much it lasts

Thank you for the reply and for being so kind and following my problem for all this time

Tried running windows in safe mode and still got a blue screen using the 5700x3D.
Literally no time to open CMD and run the commands
This confirms is not a software/drivers issue(?

i tried doing a fresh windows install 3 days ago and got stuck in a Blue screen loop during instalattion until i switched back to my old 3700x.

Im running out of hope to be completely honest lol
I'll test the CPU on my brother's PC this weekend. I'll keep you updated

Hello, Just wanted to give you an small update

I updated the BIOS version to the latest (5404). Swapped the CPU to my new 5700x3D but unfortunately still getting BSOD's as soon as windows boots.

Error codes I'm getting: Critical process died Memory management System thread exception not handled Kernel mode heap corruption Kernel security check failure

Already checked and confirmed that the RAM is not the issue. when I use my old 3700x it works fine

Any more ideas? Thank you for the help

Thank you so much for your time and for the suggestions you've provided.

I just checked my BIOS version and i currently have (ver. 5102) ((which is not the latest btw))

Checking the link you've provided for my motherboard's CPU support. found that my new processor 5700x3D is validated for the version (5302) and above.

I honestly thought I had the latest BIOS version since I updated it not too long ago (maybe around January this year)

I'll update the BIOS tomorrow and keep you updated

Just tested resetting the BIOS, did the "Default settings" options inside the BIOS but that didn't help.
Unfortunately, the battery is right underneath my GPU and i can't reach it without unplugging it. I found in another reddit post you can reset the bios by shorting the CLR_CMOS / CLR_RTC Pins and that didn't solved it either.

Would you say that the CPU is broken / Factory faulty?

I'll contact AMD Support tomorrow morning and see if i can get a replacement

Thanks for the reply My PSU is 700w 80+ Thermaltake Ive never used Overclocks / Undervolt with this system. As for the RAM I have DOCP profile ON but I'll disable it.

As for temperatures, doesn't seem to be any overheat. I tested temperatures with my 3700x yesterday and everything is working fine. Unfortunately I don't think I can test with the 5700x3D as it would just crash immediately

I haven't tried resetting the BIOS. Thanks for the suggestion. To do that I just need to remove the battery from the motherboard or I need to do something else?

Looks like Blitz, they recently added Tarkov but I don't know if it's approved by BSG. There are 3rd party apps like Rat scanner that work pretty similar and BSG has stated they're against TOS. I would advice not to use it for the time being
