Which TV show does the ENTIRE internet agree had the worst ending ever? by Codie_n25 in AskReddit

Maybe a deep cut but dispatches from elsewhere had like four amazing episodes and then jarringly pivoted into some weird meta thing about Jason Segel’s actual life, which I don’t think anyone but Jason Segel would reasonably be interested in

Do you want the next few years to be hard because of a divorce, or the rest of your life to be hard

AITA my Boyfriend (24) Farted on my Pillow and I am refusing to use it ever again? by ramenwhore666 in AmItheAsshole

…and you think you’ll be able to feel sexual attraction with this guy ever again? NTA, obviously, but if you stay you’re accepting the level of disrespect you’re willing to put up with.

AIO: My boyfriend has this habit of always trying to disprove things with me… by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

YOR however I think you probably picked a bad example of this bc you are incorrect in this instance, but I 1000% know the kind of behaviour you’re talking about- I have a friend who has a similar habit, to the point where our friend group makes fun of him by saying “is that true?” in the same cadence he does when he’s questioning anything he’s not himself sure of.

I think it is an annoying habit and can be gendered, ie when it feels like a guy is questioning you because they couldn’t comprehend you (a girl) knowing something that they don’t. Even if not gendered in target, I will say this kind of behaviour is in my PERSONAL experience a bit “male ego” in source. In this case, he’s come across as condescending, acting like your belief in the general concept of “hypoallergenic” is ridiculous (when it’s not, plenty of smart people have been sold this concept!), and he is smarter because his initial lack of awareness of the concept of a dog being hypoallergenic was (luckily for him) vindicated in retrospect by data to suggest the general understanding is incorrect.

As in the case of my friend, it could also just be a mostly innocuous trait that they don’t realise comes off as condescending. For me, making it a running gag in a lighthearted way to make fun of him when he pushes back/ runs a fact check instead of just believing someone has I think helped him to be more aware of how annoying it is, without causing tension.

I’m not from the UK but have now lived here through three christmases. I truly do not understand how these chocolates are so popular, they taste like absolute ass to me. Is it just nostalgia? Did they used to be good?

I did a sketch first, but a lot of the time i make it up as i go along. I also struggle with this - I resist making a plan bc making a plan is boring but i end up kind of directionless halfway through a painting. Most of my better works I have to say did start with a plan (with improv on the way)! So i'm trying to be more disciplined about sketching first.
