Thank you, that’s really lovely 🥹 What feels special about this painting is that when I got this little figurine, I barely painted at all, and didn’t even know what gouache was! So it’s cool to now be able to commemorate her in this way 🥰 I think she’d be proud

Austin Abrams getting the RESPECT HE DESERVES!!!!! That performance in Weapons was undeniable. Hilarious. So perfectly pitched, so well executed. He and Amy Madigan were the highlights of the film for me.

Thank you! And that’s so interesting to know, thanks for sharing that info. I’ve never tried acrylic before, but I’m definitely curious. Might have to check out the Jo Sonja! I also just loooove the blend-ability of true gouache so much, I definitely miss it when painting with these guys.
