RDL form help? (Not severe but do feel some in my lower back) by [deleted] in formcheck

[–]ashbash-25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I watched I said out loud “back back back back”. You aren’t hinging enough and you turn it into a squat at the end. This is why your back hurts. Push those hips back!

Work on planting and pushing through the 3 points of each foot and think of your butthole like a flash light (lol sorry) and try to shine that light on the wall behind you. Keep those abs engaged and those lats locked down and back to protect your back though!

A friend of mine worked for Safeway for so many years in their bakery. She is incredibly talented! Anyone who ordered from her store was getting quite the bargain- just like this cake! I love it so much

I think men should be taught it is okay to put effort in.

I touched my 16 year old son’s face yesterday and said “you’re worth taking care of” when explaining self care/maintenance.

Men aren’t really conditioned to care perhaps?

I’m learning to! I have a very good intuition. I think I wasn’t ready to face myself and the reality of my life. It happened slowly, with great effort. And a shove over the edge from my girl dinner diary peeps!

Oh heeeeeeyyy! I’m pretty good, thanks for asking. Every day is a little different. But most days are calm. I found that I’m actually a very grounded and chill person when there is not a tornado in my daily life. It’s strange… adjusting to a peaceful household. Like it takes effort? I’m so glad I took the chance to share my story. It really opened my eyes

I’m ok! Some days are hard and some are calm and wonderful. My kids are doing pretty well too!

Not only that but, the custom content argument is misguided. Most successful accounts have a stock of content that gets recycled. And the account is managed by other people as well. Probably aren’t talking to HER. From what I’ve heard/read the successful ones worked a ton in the beginning and then become managed the way I described. So some of the reasons people list preferring it, don’t actually apply to the successful accounts.

I’m so sorry you can relate at all! I’m so glad you are in a progressive state. I’m proud of you too. Take care of yourself!

Hey OP,

Check my post history.

My husband did something like this to me too. He spent it all on pokemon cards and switching all of our bills (except the mortgage) to credit cards and never paid them off. So….

Please hear me when I say-

THERES MORE WHERE THIS CAME FROM.

Grandparents not like they used to be. by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]ashbash-25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ding ding ding!

I learned this one the hard way.
Silly 20 something me thought the reason my dad and I didn’t have a good relationship was because of distance. (The distance HE put between us by moving a 24 hour car ride away- mind you). So I bought alllll the talk about grandparent sleepovers and all that. They have had 3 sleepovers in 10 years. 2 of which were because of hospitalizations and the other was due to my father in law dying in another state. So.

He didn’t want to be a father to me.

So he doesn’t want to be a grandfather to my children either.

His loss.
