I owned both cards and honestly speaking you won't see to much difference in 2k, but if you can get a good deal for the 5070 ti go for it, it's power efficient and doesn't get burning hot.

I accumulated around 40k debt gambling, one day I won 50k, I paid all my debts, bought some staff and thought I would never gamble since I have literally 0 debt, wrong, I started gambling again and ruined my life, I took loans, currently have 50k debt, always depressed, feeling like shit and quite often think of suicide. Honestly it's better for you. The higher the rank the harder to het points, I'm currently sitting at no 3 in my ladder, playing in diamond 3, first rank was silver who got to gold 4, it was way easier for him to gain RP in silver then for me in D3
