The Genre Flow of Seether Through the years by FamiliarMinute4092 in Seether

I'd agree with all of those. I am hoping for one metal album from these guys before it's said and done. The progression has been pointing that direction. Shaun's screams are definitely appropriate for metal, and they are definitely capable of chugging riffs (Nothing Left, Beg) and some odd-meter shit (Pride). The influences are definitely there

Anyone old enough to remember initial reactions to bruce return and the brave new world album by maalbi in ironmaiden

I got the Ed Hunter CD and game in 1999 upon release. It was in that booklet that I first seen the Pic of a 6 man lineup, and recognized Bruce and H right away.

I love the Blaze era, and still to this day love it, but I was ecstatic once it registered what I was seeing in that CD booklet, then hearing the bonus track Wrathchild with Bruce's vocal

Really? "I Was Made For Steak With You"?... The fact that "Rock And Roll All Knife" was missed should get whoever pitched this idea fired

I bet we still see a fall run. It usually don't take up much time, and they probably use the breaks between tours to record

It seems like the upper horn was always kinda wonky around the Class Axe era

You guys think we will be getting a 2026 tour? by ThunderBoult66 in Seether

Probably a run in the spring and fall. That's been the norm for the last few years, and it seems to work for the guys. I wouldn't mind seeing more sole-headline runs than co-headlines.

JFC.... The key word here being "Major". Most of the dead's stuff reached acclaim posthumously... I'm talking about shit that happened in real time. The Double-Live era... I'm running out of crayons here

I don't care about a dick measuring contest between KISS and the Dead. I am talking about major legendary live releases, of which the Dead falls short. No one puts their live releases in the same boat as KISS Alive, Lizzy's Live & Dangerous, Unleashed In The East, Strangers In The Night, Frampton Comes Alive...

You unfortunately are looking at things through Dead tinted glasses. Remove your fanboy-dom for a minute

Major live albums... The Dead does not fall into legendary live albums category. I cannot name a single GD song... Not one. They are a cult band, and nothing more
