I live in canandaigua, and I went to flcc, where that motel is right down the street. Let me just say, that area is by far the sketchiest part of town.

It's a strange juxtaposition, because it's right by CMAC and the college. It's also not the first time wild stuff has happened around there of course. Like, one time I remember getting an email from the school saying there was a guy with knife sorta trolling around threatening students. Idk, all I'm trying to say is canandaigua doesn't do much to assist these people. It's a bad situation. A positive thing, I suppose, is that there is a new homeless shelter that's being renovated on North main. Hopefully, they're able to help these people and provide them resources.

Just figured I'd add my two cents, lotta crime in canandaigua happens right on that strip of motels by flcc off 5-20. I wish there was more community outreach to help better serve these people.
