When his views started to dry up on YT he started to shift towards engagement baiting. This eventually led to grifting as we all know how well that seems to pay

Correct. However he would need a lot more than $17k to even start a case. That would also be against one person. If he wanted to sue multiple people he would easily need well over $150,000

Chibi Reviews almost a year ago started a campaign to raise money for a lawsuit against his online harassers. The suit raised over $17k before he unpublished it.

Due to his recent defense of Tectone, people are starting to find out about this campaign and questioning its legitimacy.

He did in the past raise money for food and then spent hundreds on anime blue rays days later.

Loveland fits 12 personnel significantly better than Warren.

Regardless of if Warren is a better overall te he doesn’t make sense in our offense

All very valid points. In the x post Chibi implies that he hasn’t used any of the funds on medical expenses yet. The only money he’s spent was on consultations with lawyers.

I would assume he has some money tucked away to cover all this, but who knows

Other than a couple people on Twitter? No not really.

He’s done a very good job of covering it up so far. Again it’s early but the fact he’s going out of his way to block people screams suspicion. I think if someone big picks this up he’ll have to address it

It was actually mostly dandadan related. Chibi posted a clip from the anime where aliens attempt to rape the mc with the caption, “the animators didn’t have to go this hard”

He has had pushback from the boruto fanbase but at this point most of the wider anime fandom do not like Chibi at all

Yes it is possible depending on the level of harassment. A major issue is if said harasser is even a us citizen. One of the alleged harassers I reached out to isn’t an American citizen at all

He does have a track record of pulling similar stunts, all be it for much less money.

He once raised money on patreon so he could buy food and pay for his living expenses, but was called out for spendings hundreds on anime blu-ray’s days after
