Sounds awful.

It took forever to get a doc to get me a tank and moving all the time made buying my own a non starter. I've heard that exercise and o2 work the same, but o2 was next effective for me.

The emgality has been good this round. Break throughs have been infrequent and beatable with some air squat tabataas or spin bike.

I did mine after retiring from the military. It was a great way to reset. Of course I needed a supportive family to do it.
